Hericium erinaceus fruiting body extract, grown in Wales.
Hot water extracts the water-soluble fraction. Ethanol favours less water-soluble compounds, including hericenones.
Hence dual extract.

How much mushroom is in it
1:4 dry mushroom to finished liquid.
One gram of dried Lion’s Mane is represented in 4ml of finished liquid, so a 50ml bottle represents 12.5g of dried Lion’s Mane fruiting body.
A ratio tells you how much dried starting mushroom went into the finished liquid. It is not a potency score and it does not tell you the concentration of individual compounds.
How to use
Add it to water, juice, coffee or tea, or take it straight if you prefer.
Use as directed on the label.
Why alcohol?
Because water and alcohol extract different things.
Hot water favours polysaccharides. Ethanol favours a different fraction, including less water-soluble compounds such as hericenones.
Using both gives a dual extract.
