These terms apply to all orders placed through ffyngau.co.uk. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Our products

We sell food supplements: Welsh functional mushroom extracts. Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the label. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, consult a health professional before use.

2. Ordering

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. This confirms receipt, not acceptance. Your order is accepted when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we cannot take payment. If we do, we will refund any payment taken in full.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

3. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details.

4. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.65 per order, sent by Royal Mail.

We aim to dispatch within 2 working days and for delivery to arrive within 4 working days of dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or events outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Your right to cancel (unopened goods)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, provided the goods are unopened and unused.

To cancel, email us at ffrind@ffyngau.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. You must return the unopened goods to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. You are responsible for the cost of return postage on cancelled orders. We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

Once we receive the returned goods and confirm they are unopened and unused, we will refund the price of the goods (and the original standard delivery charge) within 14 days.

6. Opened goods and hygiene

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened or used, unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your legal rights in relation to faulty goods.

7. Faulty or damaged goods

If your goods arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us at ffrind@ffyngau.co.uk within a reasonable time, ideally with a photograph. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery and return costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Storage and use

Store cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. Use as directed on the label. Keep out of reach of young children. Our products are intended for adults.

9. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
