Our grower in Wales

Lion’s Mane and Reishi, growing in Wales.

Both are cultivated as fruiting bodies and extracted here too. We have been to see the grow rooms and the extraction setup.

Growing

Lion’s Mane is the shaggy white one. Reishi is altogether less friendly-looking: hard, glossy and almost wooden when mature.

Both are grown as fruiting bodies for the Grym extracts.

The extraction method depends on the mushroom.

Grym Drops Lion’s Mane uses hot water and alcohol in a dual extraction.

Grym Drops Reishi uses hot water and vegetable glycerin, giving an alcohol-free extract.

There is no particularly good reason every mushroom should be extracted in exactly the same way.

Each batch follows a production record through to the finished extract.

That is what “traceable from spore to bottle” means.
